I map processes with BPMN and AS-IS/TO-BE, gather requirements, business rules, exceptions, approvals and traceability needs. My core combines self-hosted n8n, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop and Python/APIs; I choose the tool according to the process, integrations, environment and expected maintenance.

GENERATIVE AI AND AGENTS
AI as part of a controlled workflow.
I work with LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering, structured outputs and context retrieval. In Postagem Redes, I implemented grounding/RAG with LangChain, Supabase and n8n/Docker to support drafts that go through human review and approval. The project has reproducible evals and is validated in testing, with no production claim. My MCP evidence is the Microsoft Applied Skill MCP Tools with Agents; I do not present a custom server or client as proven experience.

INTEGRATIONS AND APIS
Different systems connected through clear contracts.
I work with REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP/JSON, OAuth 2.0, SMTP/IMAP, Meta Graph API and the official WhatsApp Cloud API, plus Evolution API/WPPConnect when the context calls for them. I keep credentials out of source code, handle external limits and record the individual result of each call.

ENGINEERING AND BACKEND

I build with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and FastAPI and also use Rust when the problem calls for local services, low-level collection and concurrency. In Belarc Inventory, I co-develop a Rust/Tokio Windows agent, an Axum/SQLite server, PowerShell/CIM collectors, local caching and heartbeat. I use Git/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker and relational databases according to context.

DATA, BI AND PRODUCTIVITY
Analysis and teaching from basic to advanced.
I use Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Excel/Google Sheets and VBA for dashboards, analysis and data transformation. At Vesper, I build dashboards and analyses for production, procurement and inventory. In parallel, I have worked as a paid freelance IT instructor since Oct. 2024, teaching learners of different ages and skill levels.

In Mala Direta, cancellation is revalidated before every recipient. In Postagem Redes, failures are isolated by channel. In Produção Operacional, local cache and read-only NAS access help preserve continuity.

I build projects from the initial need, present demos, record feedback, install, configure and train people to use them. I then monitor errors and improvements until the solution becomes stable in the daily routine.
