What is publicPublic code, documentation and declared constraints
01

Context and problem

Heterogeneous technical packages, compressed files and multiple formats required a safe inspection, conversion and presentation flow.

02

What I did

Architecture, secure ingestion, CAD pipeline, model integration, fallbacks, traceability, UX and human approval.

03

How I built it

FreeCAD, Blender and Assimp with fallback; local/remote AI through Ollama, Hermes and OpenRouter; hashes, manifests and suspicious-package blocking.

04

Results and learning

  • Daily use by 3 people.
  • Outputs treated as conceptual support, never as approved manufacturing CAD.
  • Public edition proves secure ingestion and sanitization.

Limits of this version

CAD files, NAS integration and the complete operational pipeline remain private.

Next steps

I would isolate conversions in sandboxed workers, create a model/version registry, quality evaluation, processing queues and project-based permissions.

The public version contains no credentials, personal data or sensitive internal information.
