The problem

I kept finding the same jobs in different places, reviewing descriptions by hand and trying to keep my information and resumes organized. That work repeated before I could decide whether an opportunity made sense.

What I built

I built a workflow that gathers opportunities from different sources, removes duplicates and keeps each requirement alongside information that supports my experience. I can also track applications and link each one to the resume I chose.

How it works

I review an opportunity, compare its requirements with my background and prepare the application with a suitable resume. The tool organizes the work; it does not invent experience or submit an application for me.

What it demonstrates

The project applies automation and AI features to my own process while keeping information tied to evidence and the final decision under my control.

Under the hood

The workflow combines opportunity collection and normalization, deduplication, requirement comparison and application organization. I built the interface with React/TypeScript and Tauri, with a FastAPI service and local SQLite data. AI features are optional.

Privacy

Saved opportunities and application details stay in my personal environment.
